Order
Once you have
completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In
the confirmation you will find all information about the product(s), price,
billing and shipping address.
If something is wrong with the order confirmation, please contact us by e-mail: info@lofiloo.se.
Handling and Shipping
Products are normally shipped within 72 hours depending of the product(s).
Pottery and glassware will be thoroughly packed to prevent damage during delivery. Please understand that weight increases by packing materials.
Normal delivery method does not offer compensation for traceability, loss and damages. If you want it to be trackable, please contact us.
We will gladly combine shipping for items under 2 kg.
Shipping within
Sweden is primarily done by DB Schenker.
Normal delivery times are 2-5 business days.
Shipping outside the EU is primarily done by Postnord.
Normal
delivery times are 4-30 business days depending on country and time
of customs clearance.

Shipping costs depend on the goods and according to Postnord's valid price list.
Prices
All prices in the shop are quoted in SEK and all prices are inclusive of
25% VAT.
We reserve ourselves for price changes due to price change from
supplier, erroneous price prints in the price list, and price errors due to
incorrect information and reserves the right to adjust the price.
Return Policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
5.1 When using your right of
withdrawal:
You must report that you want to return the item by sending an e-mail to:

Your message must include, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a clearly stated return item specification.
You should return the products to us immediately and within 14 days of the voucher.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be shipped well packed and in original packaging.
On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct a sum corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product for used or damaged product.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does
not apply to:
Products that
have been sealed due to health or hygiene reasons and in which the seal has
been broken.
All other products that have sealed and where the seal has been broken.
Custom made products that has been tailored or specifically modified for you.
Services that have been completed and where you explicitly consent to the service commencing without a right of withdrawal.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate, such as food.
Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.
Complaints and complaints
We will inspect all products before sending them to you. Should the product still be damaged or defect when it arrives, we undertake to comply with the applicable consumer protection laws, free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective product.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been detected.

error.
If we cannot fix the error or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
We are responsible for return shipping at approved complaints.
We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it appears that the product is not incorrect in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

Limitation of Liability
We accept no
liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We do not accept any liability for delays/errors due to circumstances outside the Company's current (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, government decision, reduced or missing delivery from supplier.
No liability is taken for any changes to products / product features that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
Product information
We reserve ourselves for any printing errors on this site as well as the final sale of products. We do not guarantee that the images reflect the exact appearance of the products as a certain color difference may occur depending on the display, photo quality and resolution. We always try to expose the products as accurately as possible.
